Education Algorithm collects personal information when you register on our platform, enroll in live mentorship cohorts, submit assignments, take online assessments, or communicate with our support desk. This information includes:

• Personal Details: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Phone Number, College/Organization name, and LinkedIn profile URL.
• Academic & Performance Data: Quiz submissions, code sandbox evaluations, assignment reviews, attendance logs, and project capstones.
• Payment Information: Transaction identifiers and payment status processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We utilize the collected information strictly for educational service delivery, including:

• Provisioning your personalized LMS dashboard, lecture access, and compiler environment.
• Issuing cryptographically verifiable graduation certificates and letters of recommendation.
• Sending cohort schedule reminders, live class links, and instructor feedback notifications.
• Sharing candidate capstone profiles with verified hiring partners (only upon explicit student consent).

3. Data Protection & Security

We adhere to strict industry-standard security protocols. All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using BCrypt algorithms. Content streaming is guarded with DRM protection.

4. Cookies and Session Management

We use secure HTTP-only cookies solely for user session persistence and CSRF token defense. We do not sell user data to third-party ad networks.
